The innovative Ptolomeo book stand in inox steel was first exhibited at the Milan Furniture Fair in 2002. This unique sculptural piece is free-standing with each section carefully engineered to spread the weight of the books evenly. Avaliable in 72, 160 and 215 cm high. Named after Claudius Ptolemy (c. A.D. 87-150), the influential astronomer, it is the winner of the ADI Compasso d’Oro Award 2004, one of Italy’s leading awards for design. Signed.
